Please note the following points, as the election of a new secretary must be made at this AGM
· The AGM is provisionally rearranged for next Monday February 9th at Fox’s at 7.30pm.
· This is subject to confirmation from Fox’s, and I will inform you if it is not available
· If you are not the secretary, please make sure the secretary receives this as a matter of urgency
· Will secretaries please contact as many club members as possible, and let them know the situation regarding the vacant secretary position. This will maximise the chances of finding a replacement.
· I cannot emphasise enough how urgent this is. You will remember last year, no doubt.
· Please inform any possible candidate that I will give as much assistance as I can and will share the workload. I am likely to be around for most of the summer, but I will not be available for the next AGM. That is why the new secretary must be elected at this AGM.
· When you receive this email, you will get a request for a read receipt. Please say ‘Yes’ so I can track all those who have received this email. Thank you.
